International Guiding

As a leader with Steeple Ashton Guides, I was lucky enough to recently travel to Switzerland with a group of girls from our unit and Paxcroft Guides for 10 days. It was a fantastic experience of international guiding and another country.

We took them hiking, swimming, white water rafting and visited all kinds of places from waterfalls to mountains. Everyone had a wonderful time in the glorious sunshine and we were all exhausted at the end of every day from all the exercise and gorgeous fresh air. We had a truly fantastic time and all the stress and worry about taking such a large group abroad AND being one of the adults responsible for them was worth it for all the memories we made.
